Christian Adair

LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY

Christian Adair has over 20 years of experience as a Special Education Teacher, Coach, and Mentor. Currently, he leads the Educating Boys of Color initiatives for Fayette County Public Schools in Lexington, KY, where he removes barriers, creates opportunities, engages community, and supports schools. Christian is also the founder and director of Alpha League a non-profit leadership and mentoring program. He has developed leadership curriculum that is currently being adopted by middle school group mentoring programs.

His skills and experiences include: cultural awareness, male engagement. mentoring, marketing, conflict management, program development, policy analysis, coaching athletics and educating. Mr. Adair holds Masters in Special Education, Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Studies, and an Associate in Business Administration and Management.
