Jolene Boyle is a licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in adult, adolescent and parenting/teens counseling, and maintains a private practice in Seattle, Washington. She has been in private practice for 16 years. She is a certified teacher and school counselor and has been working in a private college prep school in Seattle Washington since 1991.
With over 31 years experience as a counselor in public, private and international schools, Jolene had a strong interest in working with adolescents. She started her private practice in 1999 and is specializing in adult and adolescent issues. She is a graduate of Gonzaga University’s Counseling Psychology program. She is currently serving as private practitioner working in the Hawthorne Hills Professional Center. Her areas of expertise are adolescent issues ( depression, anxiety, transition issues, navigating healthy communication in our digital age, developing confidence and self esteem ); coping with grief and loss at any age; parenting teenagers and the transitional years from middle through high school; transitional issues after college and career guidance.
In addition to her practice, Jolene has presented at several grade school and high school parent/ meetings and teacher in service meetings. She has taught Psychology/Sociology to students in Washington state and internationally in Dusseldorf, Germany. Jolene was the Director of Counseling in the International School of Dusseldorf for three years.
