Kimberly Haupt

Kimberly Haupt is the Associate Principal at Notre Dame Academy in Los Angeles, where she brings over 15 years of experience as a teacher, mentor, and school leader. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.A. in Education from UCLA’s Center X, where she was trained in instructional excellence, social justice, and child development. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to student growth, brain-based teaching, and inclusive learning environments.

As a Gurian Certified Trainer and mother of two boys, Kimberly is passionate about helping educators and families better understand how gender and brain development impact learning, behavior, and belonging. At Notre Dame Academy, she has led efforts to create more responsive classroom practices, restorative discipline systems, and environments that support the developmental needs of both boys and girls. Her training with the Gurian Institute has strengthened her leadership and advocacy in fostering a school culture that is equitable, proactive, and growth-focused.
