We appreciate your business and your belief in our Professional Development.  In the face of lost school time, postponed PD days, budget issues, and general uncertainty during the Covid crisis, the Gurian Institute has adapted its programming to meet your needs.  All our programs generally fit with federal, state, municipal and other funding sources.   Here is a menu of four dynamic options.

The first adaptation is our Virtual PD.  If you are planning summer or 2020 – 2021 PD and need customized training for your staff or group, our certified and master trainers can provide it via Zoom or other similar modality.  Michael Gurian is also available to provide this PD for your staff remotely, as well.  We can give group discounts based on size of your staff.

Another GI option is our Educator Online Course on the Products page of www.gurianinstitute.com.  You can get more specifics at https://gurianinstitute.com/products/boys-and-girls-learn-differently-online-course/. An individual can sign up right away but if you would like a group to take the course/PD, let Gail know your number of learners (at gail@gurianinstitute.com) and she will provide the group discount to you.

Another option is our Summer Training Institute which will, this year, be a Tele-Summit. You can learn more at https://gurianinstitute.com/events/gurian-summer-institute-2020/.
Every registrant will receive twelve PD sessions during the two days (June 27-28), and additional sessions over the next three days. Should a participant not be able to participate on the two days themselves, the sessions will all be available to registrants on a private link until July 1, so there will be multiple opportunities to gain the PD.

During our Summer Tele-Summit or via online courses, you and/or your colleagues can become Gurian Certified Trainers.  As such, you will get access to our Trainer portal which has dozens of PPTs, handouts, and other materials needed to provide your own school with GI PD.  To learn more about our Trainer Certification, please visit the Trainer page on www.gurianinstitute.com.
