SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS
When teachers and parents become frustrated with children it is often due to a lack of understanding. By combining qualitative and quantitative research, I help teachers, students, and parents understand that there are differences in boys and girls that should influence our approach to behavior management and teaching practices. I firmly believe that acknowledging there are differences between males and females does not translate into one being better than the other.
My educational background includes a BA in elementary education, a MA in curriculum and instruction, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Leadership through The University of the Incarnate Word, but my greatest education comes from almost 20 years in the classroom and parenting three children.
Patrick takes pride in being an elementary classroom teacher and a student advocate at San Antonio Academy of Texas, a private school serving grades Pre-K through 8th. He is a nationally certified Gurian Institute trainer where he continues his passion of learning and educating people interested in improving education for everyone.
