GI Master Trainer Dakota Hoyt was a teacher for more than 30 years and then the Director of Professional Development in the Colorado public school system before taking over the Executive Directorship of the Gurian Institute in 2011.  She served as ED of the Institute for three years, traveling to more than one hundred schools and communities to teach Boys and Girls Learn Differently and The Minds of Boys and Girls research-based strategies.

A dynamic Master Trainer, Dakota focuses on those strategies in this 1.5 hour online class.  This class can be used for stand-alone professional development viewing.  It can also be used after Michael Gurian's The Minds of Boys and Girls Online Course.  After viewing Dakota's class, you should be able to apply the strategies immediately in your own classroom or other child-development environment.
